1. Zero-Risk Success Fee: You agree that Kybexis charges €0 upfront. We are entitled to a 25% success fee ONLY from the actual capital we mathematically detect and return to your bottom line based on supplier anomalies.

2. Mutual Non-Disclosure (NDA): Kybexis guarantees that all uploaded data is encrypted via AES-256 on EU servers, NEVER used for AI model training, and will be irreversibly shredded 14 days post-audit.

By proceeding, you bind your company to these terms, forming our Master Service Agreement.
